Lead buyers need a way to find TCPA & FCC compliant leads that can be contacted without risking a lawsuit

New FCC rule on lead generation expected to spur wave of lawsuits.

The Federal Communications Commission voted on a rule that attorneys say could dramatically increase the potential for lawsuits over unwanted texts and calls.

The rule, designed to cut back on the number of sales calls that consumers receive will open up the possibility for far more lawsuits brought under the federal law against cold calls & text messages, said attorneys who represent consumers and those who represent companies.

  • Most of the time the lead sellers online are not following the lead compliancy rules

  • Currently the process is slow and manual and requires a middle man that knows the good partners in the industry
